Before you come
Do I need any experience?
None at all. Every experience is built for absolute beginners, and an artisan guides your group from start to finish.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little paint, wax, or yarn fluff on, and closed-toe shoes for safety. Aprons are always provided.
How long is a session, and do I take my piece home the same day?
Candle Craft and My Collection take about 2 hours, and Tufted Threads and Lace Lab about 4 hours. Yes, you leave the same day with a finished piece; candles just need a short cure before the first burn.
Can children take part?
My Collection (resin painting) is our most kid-friendly experience and welcomes children with a participating adult. Tufting, candle pouring, and shoe customising involve tools, hot wax, or heat and are best for ages 12+ with a guardian present. Tell us your group's ages when you book and we'll guide you.

Where are you, and is there parking?
We're at 2713 14 St SW, Calgary. There's street parking nearby, see our Contact page for a map and directions.
Is the studio accessible?
We're on the ground floor and glad to adapt the setup to suit you. If you have specific access needs, let us know when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate, see our Accessibility Statement.
Do you offer drinks or snacks?
Yes, a warm drink and small snacks are part of every session, and our bar offers a range of beverages you can add on.
I have allergies or a sensitivity, is that a problem?
Just let us know ahead of time. We work with paints, fragrance oils, wax, and wool, and we'll help you choose materials that work for you.
Booking, groups & gifts
Can I book for a group, party, or private event?
Absolutely. Private events are a full studio buyout for 10 to 40 guests, and birthdays, team-building, showers and celebrations are some of our favourite bookings. See Private Events for packages, pricing and a free quote.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do, a gift card is a lovely way to give the experience of making something. Grab one any time from our gift cards page.
How do I pay, and is a deposit required?
You book and pay online. A deposit confirms your spot and is applied to your session total; the balance is settled at the studio.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule free up to 48 hours before your session. Within 48 hours we offer a credit toward a future visit. Full details on our Cancellation & Refund page.
