Guests per event
Private events are a full studio buyout for 10 to 40 guests. Fewer than 10? Book a regular session.
Priced by headcount
Crafts at our group rate, plus any catering and bar, all per guest across your final headcount.
GST and gratuity
5% GST, and a 20% gratuity added automatically to private events. Both are itemised on your quote.
Deposit locks your date
Pay the deposit on your quote to secure the date. Enquiring is always free.
Final headcount
Confirm your final number 72 hours before. The rest is settled at the studio on the day, based on who attended.
Free changes
Change or cancel free up to 48 hours before. After that, what you’ve paid becomes a credit. Full policy
